PWRUP is a ska-core band from Western Massachusetts, formed in early 2018 with the goal of creating a distinctive sound by blending elements of punk, hardcore, ska, metal, and progressive rock. Their music is characterized by tight vocal harmonies, fast and heavy riffing, danceable breakdowns, and melodic horn sections, delivering high-energy performances that have garnered attention in the local and regional music scenes. In October 2023, PWRUP released their album Just Devils through Ska Punk International. The album includes collaborations with notable artists such as Efrem Schulz of Voodoo Glow Skulls and Death By Stereo, JP Gericke of Death By Stereo, and members of The Best of the Worst.
